  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

MMK Luxury LTD operates under the VAT Margin Scheme for second-hand goods. Under this scheme:

  • VAT Calculation: VAT is applied only to the margin, i.e., the difference between the purchase price and the selling price of the item.
  • Invoice Details: Invoices will not show VAT separately, as per scheme regulations.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We offer free UK next-day insured delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched the same day.
  • International Shipping: Available upon request. Additional fees and customs duties may apply.

7. Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Process: Contact us at info@thewatchlabuk.co.uk to initiate an exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. If an item is found to be counterfeit, a full refund or exchange will be offered.
