Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business involving the sale of second-hand goods, each item is individually priced and subject to market fluctuations. The costs associated with sourcing, insuring, and servicing our watches significantly outweigh any decrease in value. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, we do offer an exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of similar value within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
